Starting June 15, 2022, the Internet Explorer 11 desktop application will no longer be supported on certain versions of Windows 10. A new how-to guide is available with instructions on how to enable and configure MS Edge in internet explorer mode for the Online Permitting portal.
Click here to download the guide. Using other internet browsers such as Google Chrome or MS Edge without internet explorer mode enabled may cause errors when attempting to request optional or multiple inspections.
