Permits submitted before close of business on June 1, 2018 and picked up before close of business Friday, August 31, 2018 (office closed Monday, September 3, 2018 in observance of Labor Day Holiday) will retain the current adopted rates prior to the effective date of Lee County Ordinances 18-07 and 18-08.
Permits submitted after June 4 will be assessed county impact fees (schools, fire, and EMS) in accordance with Lee County Ordinances 18-07 and 18-08. These permits must be picked up by September 3, 2018.
Permits submitted after close of business on June 1, 2018 and picked up after close of business on September 3, 2018 will be reassessed the county impact fees based on the schedules and collection rates in effect at the time of pick up.

On May 16, 2018 the Bonita Springs City Council approved changes to the park impact fees in accordance with City of Bonita Springs Ordinance 18-07 with an effective date of August 14, 2018. Road impact fee changes are scheduled for second reading on June 6, 2018.
