Fraud alert: The City of Bonita Springs has been notified of fraudulent emails requesting permit-related payments. The City does not request permit payments by email or provide wire transfer instructions. All permit payments must be made through the City's secure online permitting portal. If you receive a suspicious payment request, please contact the City before sending any funds.

Any resubmittal/revision submitted affected by Florida SB180 or SB 683 will be reviewed under current regulations effective July 1, 2025.
