Starting Monday, February 6, 2023, voicemail requests submitted through the Inspection Hotline will be processed Monday through Friday from 8AM to 3PM. Inspection requests submitted after 3PM, Monday through Friday or on Saturday/Sunday, will be processed on the next business day.
Please see below for examples of the new cutoff time.

Voicemail requests submitted on Monday by 3:00 PM will be scheduled for Tuesday.

Voicemail requests submitted on Monday after 3:00 PM will be scheduled for Wednesday.

Voicemail requests submitted on Friday by 3:00 PM will be scheduled for Monday.

Voicemail requests submitted on Friday after 3:00 PM will be scheduled for Tuesday.

Voicemail requests submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be scheduled for Tuesday.
Please note that the Online Permitting Portal is the preferred method for requesting inspections. The cutoff time for the Online Permitting Portal is 6PM daily. If you would like to register for the Online Permitting Portal, please click here.
