Grading, drainage and landscaping requirements for residential new construction

Effective immediately, the following residential permit types now require a Final Grading/Drainage and Landscaping inspection prior to certificate of completion or occupancy.

BLD – Building (R)

  • Addition
  • Addition/Remodel
  • Attached Garage
  • Duplex
  • Single Family
  • Structural Move

BLD – Accessory

  • Deck/Slab
  • Detached Garage
  • Shed

BLD – Pool (R)
