 The City of Bonita Springs Community Development Department records Notice of Commencements through Simplifile, an eRecording service provider that secures online submission of documents to the Lee County Clerk of Courts office for recording in the Official Records of Lee County. Customers are assessed the actual costs for recording by the Lee County Clerk of Courts based on the current schedule of the clerk’s service charges and fees, along with the submission fee charged by Simplifile. Starting July 26, 20201, Simplifile will apply a $0.25 price increase per document to continue to deliver and expand their eRecording services.
