In 2014 and 2016, the City Council adopted amendments to the Land Development Code (LDC) to allow conventional single-family homes in Mobile Home (MH-1 and MH-2) districts and two-family attached dwelling units in the Two Family Conservation (TFC-2) Zoning District. Community Development Staff found areas in the LDC that require clarifying language such as specific development standards to implement the intent of those amendments accordingly; this amendment adopted those standards.
