Process Change for Temporary Sign Permits

Effective immediately, all permit requests for temporary signage must include a copy of the Lee County Business Tax to identify the business seeking a temporary sign permit. Additionally, a signed statement from the property owner (or managing agency) authorizing type, size and location of temporary signage is required. This process is to be followed with each subsequent permit application – limited to three (3) permits per calendar year, in accordance with opens in a new windowLDC. Sec. 6-111(7).
