- RESIDENTIAL STORMWATER DRAINAGE PLANS
On December 4, 2019, the Bonita Springs City Council adopted regulations for LDC Sec. 4-2224-Clearing, grading or filling of land. All applications for new residential structures, additions, pools, accessory structures, and docks on single-family, two-family attached, and duplex residential lots will now require Stormwater Drainage Plans, prepared by a professional engineer, architect or land surveyor, to be submitted in addition to previously required submittal items. Please note, in regards to this ordinance, changes will also be made to the Pool/Spa, Dock and Shoreline, and Residential Building Permit Applications. - As-built record drawings and stormwater modeling requirements for local Development Orders.
On December 4, 2019, the Bonita Springs City Council adopted new regulations for LDC Sec. 3-136-Additional required submittals and LDC Sec. 3-193- Final inspection and certificate of compliance. All applications for Development Orders will now be required to demonstrate no adverse offsite stormwater impacts by incorporating the project into the City of Bonita Spring’s updated Interconnected Pond and Channel Routing (ICPR) Model. Additionally, when required by the approved development order, as-built record drawings must be provided to the City with both the original design and constructed conditions clearly shown. Please note, in regards to this ordinance, changes will be made to the submittal requirements in the Development Order Application.
