Chain link fences cannot be visible from a public right-of-way per LDC. Sec. 4-869. – Regulations and processes for development within the Old U.S. 41 Redevelopment Urban Core. The same regulations apply if located outside the core for commercial and multi-family development. Residential uses outside the core are exempt.
All commercial development within the City of Bonita Springs, must conform to the following site design standards when a proposed fence fronts a right-of-way (ROW), per LDC. Sec. 3-491. – Site design standards, Appendix C.
