New planning, zoning, development services, environmental, and miscellaneous fees effective November 1, 2017.
General changes include a minor increase in fixed fees to reflect a more accurate cost for the processing and review of a majority of the planning, zoning, and development review applications.
The most substantial changes include an increase in fixed fees for certain public hearing applications such as comprehensive plan amendment, rezoning (conventional and planned development), and local development order (e.g. site development permit) applications and a cost recovery deposit for those applications that necessitate the review by outside consultants (e.g. Theriaque & Spain, Toole Design Group, McMahon and Associates).
